I do not need to sell it yet. Dr. Informed me that my back is slowly becoming shot. Two bulging discs, and three missing/drained ones. I still want to ride until the day I shouldn't. So I am looking at sleds now with a much lighter chassis, and suspension built for my needs. Not sure what yet.... My father, and wife would love me to give it up, but I love riding way to much. Either way what would a sled with these options go for in your opinion? 2012 apex only 850 miles
136" extension, and tunnel extension from tracks USA
1-1/4 ripsaw studded with woody gold diggers and double backers down the center
Full Hygear front, and rear suspension with dual springs. The expensive $1200+ setup. Had them use the GYT dual clickers instead of the regular spring shocks for that year
C&A razor skis with bergstrom triple points
DuPont hyfax
Lake effect 6-1/2 chrome riser with GPS mount
Wrp taller seat
Tunnel supports
Ulmer dynoed, tuned, and installed D&D air box bullets, PCV, Ulmer clutching, Ulmer machined over drive, bender exhaust (have stock also), gear two teeth down for crazy corner to corner ear to ear grinning
13mm sway bars from pioneer
Two tone faded black to silver a-arms done by half baked
All front and rear plastic painted gloss black with flake in paint to match the hood
Custom 3d wrap from world class wraps
Rear mounted gas cans fro yamaha. May sell separate..
Sled now has shorter black windshield, and flexible yamaha hand guards
Apex knee pads
Plus a warranty till 2019
Not sure if I am going to sell or not. More or less looking at value. These things are so hard to determine when this much work goes into it, and it has such low miles.... Thanks for the help guys. Hopefully I can get myself and the back in shape over the spring, and summer

Not sure why , but couldn't open your attachments .
I have some back issues also , and not sure how much longer I will/ can sled , but I would want it to be on a sled like yours , and go out in style .

Thank you ..... Sled is sharp, and has about every goodie you can get. As far as the attachment's I added them to a reply . For some reason when I tried to update the pictures to more current ones in the main write up, it kept doubling them. So I just replied with the pictures instead. Thanks for the kind words

Hold on to it and tell the family to chill a bit. If your riding to much put things into balance.
Trying to sell it now you’re going to take a beating. Or maybe part out some of the accessories. Really nice sled, if I had to guess may bring 11K. (custom things are hard to sale as people’s taste varies) Folks might be concerned with the aftermarket exhaust. For the first time in the UP DNR are actively checking. Good luck!
Remember once it’s gone, hard to get another, unless money is not a concern

Ya I just heard about the exhaust thing around Houghton, and the U.P. Good thing I kept the stock exhaust....
I know what you mean about selling. Not what I want to do. Almost brand new, and has a warranty till 2019

Its so hard to put a price on a custom sled. Most people do not appreciate all the hard work and fine tuning. They will only pay what the next sled is selling for with out all the add ons.
If you have to sell I would try to bring it as close to stock as you can provided you kept the stock parts. Sell the accessories separate. Chances are you won't lose too much cash that way.
Best of luck with the sled and take care of your back. It is non replaceable and it sucks living with pain.

The OP seemed to ask "How much is it worth" so money is on his mind. And Steiner I agree with you. I would take the summer and strip it down and start selling on Ebay. Sell the machine when the snow flies next fall.
I myself would not buy a modded sled. These machines are a lot of money to me and I wouldn't chance a meltdown. You just don't know what kind of beating it took or not. Plenty of OEM sleds out there to choose from and good deals on them. Same goes for trucks for me.

I agree with you on most of this, but being the sled has basically three weekend on it, and two with this setup it's hard to believe people would think it is beat up. I believe you are right about some things here. It is the wrong time of year to sell, and with the mod's you need the right rider/purchaser. As far as type of rider, or build of rider, that is why I am throwing in the original seat parts, original riser, and also the original exhaust. that way a shorter guy, or a guy that doesn't like the exhaust grunt could change it back. If it doesn't sell maybe I will just keep it, till fall.... We shall see I'm in no hurry.

I have been following this Sled on All the sites including Ebay. You have always had awesome sleds and you have done them professionally ! This is exactly what I was looking for Except the exhaust. I think your price is about right where it should be. But there are many left over sleds still out there and deals to be had. I was going to make an offer but I don't want to offend you in any way. Not that it was going to be a low ball offer I just don't need everything that was done on this sled . Do I want everything yes !! LOL . I wish you the best of luck. If you would except something just over 10K let me know.
