I am looking at making a custom tunnel for my 09 Nytro. Companies sell aftermarket tunnels for thousands of dollars and I kind of priced it out actually under 500 bucks. I have access to a break and all of the required tools to bend it and fabricate it. I was wondering if any one else has made one themselves and if they have dimensions and tips to doing so. Any info would be great.

I don't really have the energy to copy and paste all my pictures, but search my username in the Nytro MTX forum and you'll find my original build and my buddies build this summer. I built my own tunnel a year ago(didn't want a weak aftermarket pos) and then we built my buddies this year. They aren't light by any means but you will not bend them, period. I did re-use some of the stock tunnel.
