In the shed working on my clutch and I noticed my Drag & Flys have a groove between the center and tip holes...is this normal?? Tried to call heel clicker but no answer.

Just got off the phone with heel clicker and they are sending me out a new set of weights for a very fair price...gotta love customer service!!

What was the reason for the groove? They sold you another set but will it happen again?

He said running at the same RPM for an extended period of time...last winter we went on a trip after a huge snow storm and we pushed powder for three days...I'm thinking it happened then. If it happens again I'll try another kit...just not in the budget to spend 300 ++ right now.

Good to know though. I'll have to keep an eye on mine. Was it just an heirline crack or was it just a wear spot that looked like it indented?

Wear spot...no crack. Also think its the reason I can't get my RPMs down.

I had the same issue and got the same deal. I was told that it's something inherent to four stroke engines. He also stated that even the stock weights will do that. As far as extended constant rpm runs, which is what he told me also, I really can't think of any.

A few guys have had the same problem, I checked mine and they are fine, but I will be inspecting them on a regular basis....but I need snow first, so I can actually ride :o|

I would think that the parts are defective. Does it say in the instructions that you "have vary speed" or "no constant speed". Ill call the product defective to be honest.

Same thing with mine. Occured in the mountians pushing powder

I guess its good i have the super tips then? Anyone had issues with them so far?
