Dayco belt

On our Canandian trip, the SW blew a belt. Only only option was to get a belt from a snowmobile repair shop. Not a dealer. After a lot of searching, they said the the Dayco XTX5033 would work. I cannot find the SW on any of the Dayco charts. Was wondering if anyone knows if this is the proper belt?

that's the cross over for an 8dn yamaha belt .8jp is a 5058

So in order to use this 5033 belt the secondary would need to be shimmed. Will it still work as a spare without shimming? I plan on getting some 8jp belts.

Put it on and try it .If it doesn't creep ,your good to go
