I am having my dealer do the track change for me, but I am sure you have to cut out the tunnel protectors, change the drivers and change the clutching and gearing.

i put the 2" challenger track on my rtx 121 and love it soo much i also geared way down to a 20 tooth gear i think and smaller drivers with turbo but the track is amazing and i know of one other kid further up north that put on on with out the turbo!
