Finaly got some pics of the deflator I made! Filed it, sanded it, and polished it so the edges are rounded and not so sharp like they were before! Works great! I also took that ugly foil tape off now cause it is not needed at all! The MA gas tank doesn't even get warm, it says cold! So there was no use for that foil crap! Very happy with the outcome! Thought it would look stupid and make the sled look very scrappy, but it doesn't at all! Thank you to EVERYONE who helped me by talking to me during the installation!

Looks like a clean install. Did you NEED the deflector plate? Originally you had only foil tape, why the change of heart?

Sent from my pocket computer so excuse my spelling

Well I would go for like a 30 min ride and notice that the foil tap was getting pretty warm. And after I installed aluminum deflector and went for a hour or longer ride, you can't even touch the aluminum because it's so hot. Burnt my self haha. So I just thought that the foil tape wouldn't do much because one it got warm, the heat would just go through the tape anyway, right? so it would end up melting. The jug.
