Demo rides in Newfoundland?

Why isn't there any demo rides of the new 2014 sleds in Newfoundland. There is some many die hard sledders in this province. I know that there is many member here from Newfoundland who would love to attend these demo rides or even to chance to see these pre production models. I think this should be address to the brass of Yamaha.

Yep, we are practically born on snowmobiles here. The cost of getting them here and the uncertainty of Marine Atlantic's ferry service is a detriment. Also, the only reliable snow is on the west coast, which has a small popultion. I wouldnt hold your breath. If you are on the west coast, shoot me a PM and you can try my Cat. That way you can have a good feel for the ride of the new sled. Mine is a 2 stroke 800 so the Yamaha will be heaver, less powerful and more top-heavy than the s stroke Cat. Reliability should be greater though. Hopefully it will have a Yamaha drivetrain and electronics.
