Did some racing this weekend

My friend had his ZR 800 for awhile and thinks its so fast. We after some talking we lined them up. It must of been about 1500ft race on the lake. Now my sled justh as 144 studs and the Super Q exhaust. He has the 870 motor mod from D&D,Twin pipes,Clutching, power breather and reeds. We raced about 3 times,1st race I took the hole shot and never looked back. Had him by about a sled if not a little less. 2nd race I took the holeshot and he creeped up on me and he took that race by 1/2 of sled. The last race I took him by about 3/4 of a SKI. These sleds are very close,I seen 87 MPH in that race I only looked down once though. Viper we were racing said he was doing 91 and I was pulling on him. Was awesome racing and my pretty much stock Nytro took down a modded ZR 800.
I have one question,My exhaust has a bad rattle at idle, when going it stops. It sounds like its coming from the Super Q. What could this be?

The Super Q is known to have problems with the baffle suspension screws coming loose from the vertical supports near the intake spring. Usually the rattling sound this creates goes away after a few heat cycles.

It's probably nothing to worry about.

How did you find the suspension this time after making the adjustments?

What did the Viper have done to it. Pipes, clutching etc??? You said you where pulling on it. What was the outcome?

I found out that I can ride pretty damn fast in the moguls,Still adjusting a little bit. Is it possible that messing with the front shock rebound and compression that it corners better? I found I could rail the corners pretty good,But I am not sure if its due to the conditions or the adjustments. The Viper is stock and had no chance,I took the whole shot and didn't even see him. He stopped racing after the 1st race so that should about sum his chances up. I was surprised my stock 4 stroke held off a big cc mod two stroke. I thought after 30mph he would blow by me,Not the case. I had him the whole race or we were neck and neck!!!

It was an 800 ft run and i saw 88mph so im guessing thats the distance u were running also, maybe a bit further (i have a clutch kit also). I spanked a fusion 700 playing around a week prior to the radar runs. The only sled i cant beat righ tnow is my buddies 09 nytro with the hauck husher, hauck header, hauck clutch kit, hauck breather box, fuel accelerator and ignition something or another. he ran 91 at the same race. i have drag n fly weights and my own custom made muffler...... AND NOTHING ELSE!!!. I'm glad i didnt spend all the money he did on the hauck stuff.

it was long,I just don't know how long to be honest. I never been to races so I couldn't tell you how long it was. I think it safe to say it as about 1000ft. But I m very proud of my sled that is as fast as 600 two smokes. =)

its 260 shipped if you buy it from supertorquer. Not to mention all the tuning info you can get from turk and all the others on here.
