difference between fox float and fox float II's

Anyone know what the differences are. Could you buy the floats and have them revalved to be like the new float II's?

I believe the biggest difference is:
Advanced velocity sensitive Hi-Flow damping

Higher internal air volume (allows increased air pressure for better roll stiffness in corners while maintaining plush shock action)

I did find a shop that offers an upgrade kit:

I don't have any experience dealing with them but it is an option.
