Dirty oil screen...

How dirty are your oil screens? I just bought a 2009 with under 3k on it. I removed and cleaned the oil screen but was surprised of all of the metal and dirt it collected. Defiantly something I will clean every oil change. When I drained the oil it was nice and clean with no metal in it.

Same for me, I had some filings in there after break in but none since. I'm betting yours was just never cleaned so I'd think it's pretty normal. Enjoy the beast!!

I assumed its never been cleaned. OK I'm about ready to ride as long as it is "normal". Where's the snow?
