Do I need a power commander with slip on and airbox?

Hey all, I have skinz ultra q slip on muffler, and I also want to do the airbox mod. With this combo will I need to run a fuel controller? Also if I added a header to this equation I would certainly need one right?
Any help appreciated!

Yes you will need a programmer with exhaust and intake. Slip on alone you would be fine without.

Is the air/fuel mix will be too lean? any danger for the engine?

Or / and

you won't get all the HP that your could?
