Mine wasn't working this AM and never recovered... 07 Apex with 3500 miles BUT about 1 month ago, I pulled the cluster out and was not successful getting the connector rubber boot back in place - I have witnessed condensation in the cluster on 3 different rides since then. Hoping the condensation hasn't prematurely ended the life of my cluster? I will disassemble tomorrow night hoping my connection is simply loose. If the cluster has failed / shorted, does anyone know how to service them? I work in the Electronics industry and we can fix the part IF we know where it may have failed

I'm not sure if I've ever heard of any failing completely, but if you're asking about moisture...
I actually sunk my sled while riding a flooded part of the yard at my fathers shop a few years ago in June, and with only the handlebars sticking out of the water for a couple minutes, my cluster hasn't missed a beat. I even had the sled running again within an hour or so afterwards (changed all the fluids of course), and kept riding it but there never have been issues with it since.
Is it just one function, or the complete cluster that is dead? Do any of the "idiot" lights work or anything?

Entire cluster is dead - no sign of life - hoping for the connector given your wet event

Do you have a buddy nearby with an Apex that would let you connect your cluster to? Then youd know if it was sled or cluster issues.
