I have just installed the Ulmer PCIII and control mod set-up.
Do I have to adjust my drag&fly set up with the addition of these mods. Right now I am setup with Randy's fall 08 recommendation.
Does anyone think I will be in a over rev situation ? And should be adding tip weight ?
I have yet to hit the snow with the Ulmer mods, but plan to leave for SS Marie in the morning. The trails up to Hearst will allow some top end riding.

I run the Drag n Fly’s but I have an Excell as well as everything else you have. I don't know how the Excell affects the clutching but with Scott’s set-up I was bouncing off the rev limiter real bad. Per his latest recommendation I now have the black shoulder screw and 2 washers in the tip, 1 silver screw and one washer in the heel and the other holes empty and I am still bouncing off the rev limiter. My setup is not far off now so I have been instructed to try adding the 3/8" set screw in the first hole and that should be golden.

Thanks Iceman. I will make an adjustment to the tip this evening, and take the kit/tools to adjust the tips further trail side if required.
