I had to take the whole drive shaft out when I did mine but the bearing was destroyed. Lots of work but I got the whole skid back into shape and put extrovert drivers on at the same time and did a gearing change. Cant wait to test it out.

I think it'd be useful to get pictures of the bearing and/or shaft removal process if anyone is doing this right now. It's be a great sticky IMHO.
