I have recently added a new product to our line. As you all may know, the block is the weak link when it comes to making big power. Cracks, cylinders out of round, and blown head gaskets are the most popular causes of engine failures. This is a major step forward. Ductile irom sleeves are 3 times stronger than cast iron sleeves which are used by most builders. By using a Ductile sleeve, we are able to reduce the wall thickness so as to maintain good heat transfer and with the large flange at the top of the sleeve to keep the cylinder round under extreem pressures, we can provide strength and cooling. I also incorporate a triple register to secure the sleeve and prevent it from dropping after the engine is run. I've seen this happen in many blocks sleeved in a conventional fashon. We also add an o'ring between sleeve and cylinder to eliminate the change of a water problem.
Bore sizes are available up to 76mm. With our torque maker stroker crank package added, that would give you 1125cc's

The gear reduction has done everything I could have hoped for. It seems so obvious to me, what's not to like? If you slow the clutch down it makes grabing the belt much better reducing belt slip thus keeping the belt cooler. We saw belt temps drop dramaticly. Along with the benefits as far as the belt is concered, you have a mechanical increase in torque at the clutch much the same as in a transmission or rear end in a car. I chose to use it to allow me to spin the engine higher. Peak HP with a Turbo Apex or RX1 is at a higher RPM than what the sleds are clutched from the factory. Peak HP on a boosted Apex is up around 12400 to 12600. What would your cluch RPM be at those RPM's. Do you really think belt efficiency is good with a cluch RPM at 10250 RPM? RX1's are similar but the RPM is lower with RX1 cams but the Stock reduction ratio is lower also so your back to the same thing. All in all it's been great!
