I just want to say a large "Thank You" to Freddie and Matt for putting there kits together. I held off all of last season putting my filter kit on because my bud, yamadoc, was worried about the bigger jets killing mileage.
WELL, here's the scoop............my son-in-law, Bob (Matt, you met him Sat. night at Alger Falls), and I just did a 122 mile loop down through Manistique, back to Shingleton, over to the Buckhorn and home. We both filled up at the store right at the end of my driveway. Lots of the mileage was busting down freshly groomed trails. Bob took 8.0 gal. for 15.25 on his bone stock 03 LE shorty. My 03 LE shorty w/ECP and Stage 1 took 6.7 gal. for 18.2 mpg.
SAY WHAT?????????? Same miles; same speeds.
Thanks Again, GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand perfectly why some folks doubt the performance shops. There is so much junk out there that doesn't do anything but make the consumer poor that it becomes difficult to market anything with the tird degree given by every consumer.
However, it is letters and remarks like this one that make all worthwhile. Glad we could make your snowmobiling more enjoyable for you Buddah2!
