Electrical question for tail/brakelight

On my '03 RX1 mountain, I have changed the seat, tunnel extension, and want to install a tail/brakelight assembly off a Nytro MTX.
On the RX1 plug connector where the original seat used to plug/connect to the bottom ride side by the fuel tank, I have 3 wires- Black, Green and Blue/Red. 2 seem to be ground.
The MTX tailight has 3 wires- Black, Blue and Yellow.
Any ideas what to connect to what to make it work properly?
