I plugged in the rb3 and now my sled will not start.
The check engine is flashing code 43. Fuel Voltage problem.
Any ideas.

When I unplug the unit it starts with no problems.

there is one plug that is the same style, and you can plug it in incorrectly. I cannot remember which one for sure, but take a look and maybe you can figure it out. If I remember correctly it it one of the triangle shaped 3 plug ones.

When I installed it the first time I plugged it into to wrong coupler. I plugged into the coolant temp sensor on the right side of the sled. It gave me a code for the temp sensor. I sent powderlites an email and they pointed me in the right direction, and I fixed it

The machine run fine when I put it on the trailer. Then we went to ride and it would not start. I unplugged the RB3 and it started. We rode without and it ran fine.
I tried plugging it back in and it will not start. I went over the entire harness to make sure it was not damaged. Still nothing.
If I can't figure it out I'll ship it back to powderlites to see if they can test it.

call Dave @ Hurricane....I've never had any issues like that...other than making sure that the RB3 box is plugged in tight to the main harness I can't think of anything offhand that would cause that.

the same problem at Venture Lite, what the fault is not clear: (
there are more ideas?

did you figure yours out yet.
I'm going to ship mine out this week to have it tested.

I've been trying to get this to work and nothing. Now I get a code 12. I believe thats the crank position sensor. Its got to be a wire harness issue.
I don't understand how it started so many times without problems. Now this.

Did everything check out with the RB3..you had it tested right? I think you're right about it being a wire harness issue....I've plugged my RB3 in several times and had no issues

I have not shipped it out yet. I keep looking at the harness trying to find something wrong. Its going out tomorrow to powderlites.
