engine seems to have miss to it 06 yamaha apex mpi supercharger 7 pounds of boost

Well first off finally got my sled running the other day put rings in it put all back together fired it up ran great , I mixed some c 14 race gas in with premium fuel ,then it blew a vacuum hose off of throttle bodies,so then it seemed to start running eratic throttle going up and down on its own to the point of engaging the clutch ,yellow light starts flashing code 22 and 15 on monitor .
So cleared codes took for another spin today seemed to sputter and stall when let off the throttle give it some gas again and the all of a SUDDEN STARTED missing plug maybe or did it blow up still runs but misses
still starts and runs just has a miss will check plugs and hopefully that's all it is

I would start with a compression test.

well I didn't even need to do a compression test , I pulled the air box off this afternoon and the the throttle bodies ,all three intake valves are no good what the heck woukd cause that I see all three are bent
