My local county fair is going all in this year. Full track go cart racing, atv and bike motocross, stock car race, truck & tractor pull, demolition derby and for the first time snowmobile drags on dirt. Very excited.
So the question is what do I need to do to my RX1/warrior?
" " " " 98 vmax dlx?
The RX is no longer studded, so am I waisting my time?

drop the gearing down, if its a short strip you want the sled running as fast as it can go, a lower ratio will make it faster off the line if you can make it hook

Already dropped gearing. What about strapping down the suspension? I've heard about this before.

If its not studded you're wasting your time. Grass drags are all about hook up. Install some chisels if you really want to hook up.
