Excell installation

I bought the bullseye brand because it has a better design than the other pods.
I rode all last year with no problems And hopefully there wont be much of a chance for water getting in.

yea. i looked into it and ppl have been suckin them in and running them threw their motor and i didnt want that.

yea thats the post i read. the frogskinz look the best to me but idk im probly not gonna do it. i have those blue filtered air vents on my fourwheeler and there junk. the filter falls out all the time so i just threw them away

your not worried about them getting sucked in or that water can get in??

i havent really looked at it, but isnt the reason for the air filter and screen on top of it to keep that type of stuff out. i thought it sucked air through there. just wondering.

Did you notice the two air intake horns above that screen? The engine sucks air up through that filter from the bottom.

I siliconed the edges of my air pods...havent moved at all
was it worth putting them in any difference?

Not for performance. I would recommend putting them above the clutch and where the warning stickers are on the right. It really helps airflow and keeps your feet dry and ice free. You can see where I put mine from these pics. I bought a new panel for the front and I am not using them up there anymore.
