excell or super Q ??

ok im going to get an exhaust for my new toy but am torn between the excell and the super Q ( lil louder then the ultra Q) am kinda leaning towards the Q but love how the excell sounds, just like my dvx with full pipe. does anyone know of any sound clips for the Q ????

I have the Ultra and it sounds sweet. I bet the Super is even better. I think the price makes the decision easy. At least it did for me. $499.00 Excell VS. $289.00 Skins. Both save you weight and gain a few HP. Both sound way better than stock. I could think of a few things to do with the extra 210.00 left over after getting the Skins.

I have heard that is a very loud exhaust! Not what I am looking for. Is that really true of the skins?

The Ultra Q is only a tiny bit louder than stock. The super Q is supposed to be a bit louder than the Ultra. I spoke with Skins and they told me that they sell more Ultra Q because it is not as loud as the Super. As a matter of fact, Parts Unlimited only sells the Ultra for sound reasons. The Super is available throught WPS.

I have the Excell installed now and hopefully will dyno it within the next week or so.

some people over at HCS are saying you have to cut the super q before you even install it??? anyone else have to do this? why? what did u cut?

No cutting required on the ultra or the super. You have to cut the stock system off, but it is easily done. My install took less than 30 minutes.

i didnt cut anything on the ultra q... easy install.
