I have 13000 km on my 05 shorty and I hear a different sound coming from where exhaust bolts to motor I think. Has anyone changed these gasket type items and is the procedure somewhere on TY that I can't find. Thanks for any reply...
Changing those gaskets on my Venture took care of the noise.. at 11000 km. I cannot speak of your RX but probably similar to the RS platform:
seat, gas tank must be removed. Not a real bad job.. several beers....
Use anti-seize on the collar nut as you put things back together.
