Just went to load the wife's Vector on the trailer and after somewhat heavy throttle in the bare grass I noticed a tinny (Not Tiny) rattle sound from under the seat area. Is this shot exhaust doughnuts? Never noticed it before. Guess I'm not ready to load after all.

I would bet on it.
Mine had that sound and eventually would pop when de-accellerating with a throttle chop.
Order the parts now and then do it when you get a chance.
I rode mine for a few trips before changing them, so it's not a trip stopper.
However, do it as soon as you are able, high velocity exhaust leaking past metal will eat away at the metal eventually.
Hope this helps!

It's possible, what year Vector it is. The early ones had heat shields that were known to come loose after some time. If it's newer and does not have the shields, it could be the donuts. How many miles are on it?

Not necessarily. I have had many rattles, from time to time, in the tunnel, and the Donuts are still good on my sled. How many miles are on the Vector?
You may want to consider taking a look under there and see if anything else is loose. Are their any heat shields in that models tunnel? Could be as simple as a loose fastener on one of these things. But, you may be able to live with the rattle as they tend to go away once things heat up.

It's an 06 with around 4K on it. I plan on taking the seat off and checking it out. I just thought I had them done and was going to put them on the trailer to make more room in my shop as I have another project to do.

To me, I would check them anyway. From LJ 452, he didn't get to them until it was too late and other parts started to wear.
