exhaust mid pipe question

Can anyone tell me if mid pipes off of an 03 rx mountain will be the same as mid pipes on a standard 05 rx1. Checking the dealership microfiche shows different part #'s but if I put in a standard 03 the # is same as mountain. 2004 also has different #'s. I have an 05 and may need to replace mine, and I have found 03's and just don't want to end up with wrong parts. Thanks D.

should be the same. the 05 used titanum pipes and the 03 where stainless. look at the fiche for an 03 rx1 and i bet the part # is the same.

Yes thats what I did to start with and the 03 was a different # as well as the 04 compared to 05. I wondered if they used different steel or something. But as far as you know they will be the same? Even the length since mountain is a longer sled?

still exits in the same spot. just might not have a tab (or vise versa) that the other does. should work as far as i know.
