Mountain Cable Part# ?

Could someone tell me what the correct Yamaha part # is for the Mountain throttle cable? I ordered an 03' Mountain cable 8FA-26311 from Ronnies but it's the same length as my 03 shortie. I see that the 05's are different??? Thanks for any help.. Bob

05 throttle cable # is 8FW-26311-00-00

Any ideas as to why the different part # between 03 & 05 MTN cable? Is the 05 going to fit my 03 RX1? (I just don't want to order the wrong part again). Thanks, Bob

Just order the 05 part. I used it on my 03 and it fits fine with the 3.5" Rox riser.

Just get the cable off of the 05 Mtn and your problems are solved.
