Sno-Stuff is offering a stainless exhaust system with a list of about $250. This is being produced by Koronis Parts Inc of Paynesville, Mn. Small hp gain, and about a 10lb savings. Does anyone have any info on Koronis, and what type of quality do they produce? They call their silencers and pipes Rumble Packs.

Thats a pretty good price for an exhaust!! I had a Rumble Pack on my Viper and loved the sound, they are pretty loud!! No quality issues at all! I know they are the least expensive cans on the market. I don't think I would worry about it too much if you are thinkin' of getting one.

The E mail for Koronis Parts Inc is sno-stuff@sno-stuff.com. phone 1-800-328-8946. The exhaust is sold by Recreational Engineering in Minnesota 1-320-453-5000 and most dealers who handle sno-stuff products. I buy my parts thru Automatic Distributors www.autodist.com. or 1 800 341 1658. Hope this helps you out. ;)!

More info on the exhaust. They are making the can only and you have to cut your pipes about 6 inches from the existing can and install the new canister. Weight saving said to be about 18 lbs. If you want to re install the original can they will have an adapter to reinstall original can. Still in final production, and should be ready in less than a month.

I just removed my stock exhaust and it is heavy. Anything would be an improvement weight wise.

Spend $100.00 more and get a Bender. Very high quality and No cutting needed and a piece of cake to re-install should you ever need to.

I may try this system on one of my sleds. I have 2 03 RX 1s, both black and a 2000 1000 T cat. Just clutching and gearing mods to all sleds, and the T-cat has more top end and will consistantly win in 1000 ft. I prefer the RX 1 because of the low end torque and no smoke, and electric start. Just put the infomation on line for anyone interested in saving weight and improving sound and saving a few bucks. Hope we get to use these toys more this year. Think Snow!

I emailed the guy selling these kits.... LOOK NICE!

Here is the pics he sent me!
