i am looking to make my sled have a little more growl to her this year. i have been looking around at different exhaust systems but i don't want nothing that is retarded loud. i see in the royal distributing book that they have an exhaust called rumble pack silencer. it is just the muffler. i was wondering if anyone tried on to see what they sound like. also with adding a muffler do ya have to jet the carbs. i don't really want to gut my exhaust then if i didn't like it i would have to go buy another stock exhaust i would rather buy a muffler and then if i don't like it put the stocker back on.
i myself have a white knuckle (qc1) on mine and it's not that loud, but sounds good. my brother has the bender (loud) and to me it's a little obnoxious on long rides (i stay ahead of him so i don't hear it). i've never heard a rumble pack personally to say how it sounds.
I also have the WK QC1 and I like it.

Whiteknuckle QC-1 here with a Stage 1 Supercharger. Here's a thread with some video clips (one with decent video but all three have great audio). www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php?t=20866
