Wire won't last one ride there. Id run it inside or on top of the tunnel protector up to a point where I could pop it through the tunnel under the seat.
Hope the flapper valve has clearance with the lugs when open. if not you may want to add a little thicker tunnel protector. Bet ya its loud now! Good for scarin the bejezzers out of people when you pass by.

well couple hundred miles on and all is well so far,guys get a great surprise out of seeing the sled get loud or back stock by the push of a button.

so did you change jetting? A cutout without any other changes leans out an engine. At the other end of the scale, if you changed jetting, its going to be too rich with the cutout closed.

4 strokes arent very touchy with jetting when playing with exhaust, Intake is diff story tho.
