Hey guys, I bought a 136 Expert X and I am trying to put it into my 2007 attak. Go it in the track and got the mount plates all riveted in. Now i see that the tunnel is about 1 inch wider then the suspension. I am going to reread the instructions but FYI I didn't have a install kit for the sled. All the bushings and the rear alum mount spacers are there.
What am I missing here?????
Thanks
aj

i installed on a warrior and there is aluminum spacers that go on the ends of the cross bars for the suspension that widen it depending on the sled, I am pretty sure you get different width aluminum spacers, my aluminum spacers are pretty thick (without measuring I would think that they are 1" thick each, one for each side) hope this helps
I just went over to check out my dads set up and that is what I am missing. The suspension came off a a polaris fusion and looks that the bushings are the wrong size.
Thinking off going to the machine shop and getting some alum bushings made. Or should I get steel bushings??
Thanks
aj
