Extending 06 rtx to 136, do I need extroverts.

I have a 06 rtx with monoshock ra, I am extending to 136 with cobra track, do I need extroverts or not.

You'll be picking up a ton more traction with the 136". For what they cost, the difficulty to install them, and the fact you'll have the driveshaft out doing the track anyway, I would reccommend a set of the Doo drivers. Then there will be no more worries/potential for problems because you didn't. Just me.

that was what I had planned to do, I did not know if the monoshock was different . deffinitely need more traction.

You'll never be closer to the job than you will be during the track change. The only problem with Doo drivers is supposivly Bombi only sells the drivers preinstalled on a Doo axle now. I had a dealer inform me of this last week. Wahl sells them, albiet at a higher price. In short, you don't need them, but if you run into ratcheting later, you'll have to pull the axle again.

I would install Wahl Bros. which will allow you to run a looser track for more power and less slide wear.

Tracksusa (tracksusa.com) has (had?) the Doo drivers (60.00?). Gave me a small break on them while purchasing the Cobra track at the same time. FWIW

Hartman Inc is where I got my extroverts from. I would never go back to a longer track sled without them! No more ratcheting!
