fault code 22

Has anyone had fault code 22 come on? Mine did today. Stayed on for about 20 miles.looks like it is for an air intake temperature sensor.

No.
Just replaced the exhaust donuts.also just changed the oil. Today when the warning light came on I found that the oil tank level sensor had came off and thought maybe that was it. But the light and code stayed on for about 20 miles

Intake Air Temp Sensor, PTO side of the air box, check and see if it is unplugged... Had the same issue at first start up...

So today I checked the sensor on the airbox. The connection seemed tight and everything looked OK.
When I started the sled the warning light and code 22 came up again.
So I ran the diagnostic check.
According to the chart, diagnostic code 05 is for the intake air temperature sensor. When I ran the diagnostic it said the air temp was -30 deg C. (obviously not right).
As a check I also checked code 06 which is the coolant temp thinking both should be close to the same. The coolant temp. was 26 deg. F which was probably about right. So I'm thinking the air temp sensor is bad.
It would also stay off sometimes when I started the sled and come on other times.
What do others think? Any other thoughts or ideas?

Wire connection is brittle there, I would gently pull on the wires. You may find a broken one

I will have to check that. The wires seemed fine. I ordered a new sensor, it was only $20, so hopefully that is what it is.
Not sure if there is a way to test the one I took out??

Had that on my Phazer I didn't see the wire was cut by the black tubing over the wire until I cut it back.

Installed the new temp sensor today.that was the problem.
