Got a Fault code 43 yesterday, and thanks to this site i quickly figured out the reason for this.
heated up the fuel relay and it started right up. It didnt start today either, so i must have it raplaced. I dont get any faul code now, but the oil light in dash is lit and i dont hear the fuel pump starting. Seems this is a common problem on Nytros....?

Its a known issue.
Heat it up or knock on it to get it running while you wait for the new relay.

Got my first code 43 as well this Easter. The sled has almost 4.000 km on it and was sitting outside overnight in -25 C when she decided not to start. I bit hot water on it an problem solved. However, did happen two days in row.
Is the only cure to change it?
Ironically it happened first day after I installed the Roest / Mountaintech instrument panel vent kit...

This code came up for me the 2nd day I owned the machine on a trip it didn't start and code 43 came up. It was the ecm in the front right behind the tool bag. He took it out and dried it with a heat gun, plugged it in started right up and I haven't had a problem since. He did have to go through a bunch of steps on the dash to reset it though.
