I found it!!! Sharp edges on the steel suppor for the nose/belly plastic.
To clarify exactly there are 2 six pack wire connectors in the nose. One white one black. This wire is in the white connector and it is sky blue. The bundles rub on the steel nose support on the right side, on the edge of the punched out hole which has sharp edges. I cut a piece of rubber hose and slit it down the side, then put it round that cut out. Then wrapped the wires with extra tape.
I would say this could happen to any of those wires under there so check very carefully. This was a very small nick in the wire....
