Fav place to ride in the up

Northerndoc - I was up there a week ago and found the same whooped-out trail either side of Rockland. My brother-in-law was along and riding my Phazer. He may never go sleding again after being beat by 10-12 miles of trail.

However, the trails (especially #13) around Twin Lakes were great.

We left the sunday things warmed up. Thurs fri was great. Sat things warmed up but the trails were ride able. By the end of sunday I just wanted to get back to the truck and trailer the trails were bare in WI. That was feb 6,7,8. We logged 750 miles.

Going up Thursday morning, staying at the Ramada until Monday. Forecast is for more snow this week. Should be great.

Is that the Ramada in Hancock? My wife and I will also be riding the Keweenaw this weekend. Planning on staying in Eagle Harbor Thursday-Sunday. We'll be on the blue and red VX1R's. Maybe we'll cross paths (trails).
