What I have done with pictures taken via my cell phone is to copy them to my desktop and then use Windows Snipping tool to snip either a portion of the picture or all of it. Once snipped, you can save the file and it will be much smaller than the original. I believe Windows 7 was the 1st OS to come with the Snipping tool. I have been doing this to all of my pictures I have posted and have not had a single issue with the image size.

Yes that works as well. The only draw back is that you are cutting off portions of the pictures. I was cropping mine with the default Windows picture viewer. Got tired of going thru each picture one at a time. Now with Picture resizer I can do a group of pics all at once.

I can snip it on my galaxy s7 but no matter how much i snip off its still not enough. What I have done with pictures taken via my cell phone is to copy them to my desktop and then use Windows Snipping tool to snip either a portion of the picture or all of it. Download the pics to a PC and resize and then post from the PC.

Download the pics to a PC and resize and then post from the PC.
And even easier way to resize them is send yourself a text message with the picture. Download that picture then you can put it on this site
