I finally installed the rear heat exchanger and built my own protectors on my warrior.

Now we just need snow to see how well it works.
 
I think winter is already over. High 40's next week and nothing but rain Monday.

Very clean install Looks great. I agree this no snow stuff is getting very frustrating
 
nice work ! hey is that the pioneer ? what did you use for those protectors and how did they fasten to the rear tunnel? rivets or screws?
also... where did you find the blue chrome windshield? i just bought 3 of them last weekend at the swap meet in wausau and tried to put one on ...it was for a viper! :o| lol... oh well.. got all 3 for $60 , guess i will donate them to a worthy cause!

How much clearance is there between the lower edge of the guard and heat exchanger?

Mine is about 1" with 3/4 square tube. I'm thinking I should go back with a wider tube.
