Here's a few pics of my Rage. I just got done on Saturday and am blessed with a bit of unexpected snow to allow for tuning.
Here's a short list of mods:
Yoshimura RS-5 exhaust cannister (with silencer plug installed to keep the noise down.)
Custom made seat.
Lightweight battery installed in seat.
1" bar risers (just added another handlebar clamp)
Cut down windshield to keep me from bashing my face on it when (not if) I case a jump.
Custom suspension
Reverse removed (got $450 for it)
I estimate that I lost between 40 and 50 pounds (from the sled, not me.)

Looks good, have you changed the clutching and jetting to work with the exhaust? All you need now is the new Monoshock to drop some more weight!

Clutching is stock (except for three washers to allow the secondary to open up a bit more) and I went up 1 tooth on the lower sprocket. I experimented with some jetting to match the exhaust, but finally settled on stock jetting with my pilot screws opened up just a bit more. It is very responsive and accelerates hard, although top end is gearing limited to 172 km on the speedo.
The rear suspension is about the same weight as a monoshock (it actually uses a single shock too) and was designed for excellent transfer based on body positioning rather than throttle control. Also, it has 6 different motion ratios to choose from (from snow-cross like rising rate to a more trail friendly falling rate).

Nice, that rear suspension looks interesting. Is this something you have designed or is it an aftermarket?

I've been working on it for two and a half years, most recently with the University of Western Ontario. Sorry those pics don't show much. Maybe I'll see about posting some better pics or a CAD model soon.

Just a suggestion, you may want to check into getting a patent application if you used what you believe to be new designs and or geometry.

Boss built the seat to my specs. I find it very comfortable. It is wider than some seats I have seen and the height takes the strain off of my back. They would probably build you one but be prepared to wait. (and wait.)
