I did a fair bit of research on this site to help me setup a 2005 Warrior that I picked up this season, I have gone for 5 rides and I am quite pleased. This is my first 4 stroke, my last sled was an F7.
Some Findings from this site that worked;
-lowering the front end helped the handling alot
-It was -30C and it fired up with full choke, I have a magnetic heater on the oil tank which worked really good.
-I had full strength antifreeze in my sled which I am trying to get to 50/50
-Put in the green holtzman springs (stock airbox) along with 140 jets and 10Ek plugs. It really pulls now, these changes were quite noticeable.
-Hits 10,500 Rpms with stock clutching.

Looking forward to some more riding and tweaking, lots of snow here lately.

Welcome to the team. This site is filled with terrific people who are always happy to help and have a lot of expertise to share. Glad you are having so much success with your new sled. Feel free to ask for info. or advice.
