My riding partner picked up his new 05 Renegade X so he called me and decided we should go for a ride. After waiting an hour i get a call saying I've got a problem. The problem is a 2 foot railroad tie retaining wall that was hidden under the snow. The sled made it 2.8 miles on the odometer and was totaled. Even the tunnel was bent behind the bulkhead. All I could say is OUCH!!

Man that sucks to not even get out of the gate and get shut down. I hope he is insured so he can ride next weekend

Yeah luckily he was insured and pretty much made out on the deal. They gave him what he paid for it( $8400). Then he bought it back from them for $2500 and rebuilt it from the ground up. Total investment now $3300 and it's good as new. So in the long run I guess it worked out.
