Today, I went for my first ride set at 7.5 and 10 psi.Don t have my gauges ,still waiting for them.I first put it on a stand and held it down and it would not go over 10500 rpm .
On a stand it should over reve every time.I check the plugs and they were black with oil .I have the 135 mains jets in .Went for a ride and it would hesitate all the way ,Jeff said to try 130 mains.Another week or so before I get them
This is not my day.From 135 to 130 mains,can it make a engine work that bad?THANKS

I would not think so, you are have a day like me!! Or should i say 4 days!

135 to 130 jets is exactly what will fix your problem , people underestimate how much more gas the pitot enrichment circuit puts in for gas.

Like TT said, big difference from 135 to 130. I am running 127.5, 15 pilots, dropped the needle one, this in the mountains and a CPR/28R kit.
Works very well for me, but thinking about going to 128.8 since I upgraded to the 28 from the 25.
