So after going to the 7 psi setup I noticed that my setting from 5 psi were all to rich is this normal? I ended up backing off all my settings .5 to get the afr close. Im at 12.0 on the bar and 12.5-13.8 from 1/2 to 3/4 throttle now the only prob is I am as lean as I can go on #1Green and Im still at like 10-11 at part throttle trail speeds and sucking fuel like crazy any ideas? Or can anyone from 800-1500' running 7 psi give me some box numbers? Other then that its just crazy power and super fast puts like 2 school bus lenghts on our clutched mach z 1000.

Settings now are
#1 Green @1
#2 Yellow @6
#3 Red @4.5
#4Blue Green @ 7
#5 Yellow Blue @ 1
#6 Red @ 8

500 miles over the weekend
11.9 psi 10:1 pistons
pump fuel with torco additive
FAST TRAIL RIDING
60-70 mile to tank of fuel
#1 = 1 idle cruise
#2= 2 needle
#3= 6 main jet
#4= boost fuel 7 moving this number
makes big difference on lower 02 rpm readings
#5= 1-2 accelerator pump
#6= 8 altitude comp.
LAKE RACING ONLY TO RICH FOR TRAIL RIDING
This is too lean for long lake runs 12.8-13.8
so i move #3 to 8 and #4 to 8
0/2 readings are 12.3-12.8
egt will reach 1450
still to lean but cant go richer
fuel controller needs more adjustability

raced up to 100 several times
then at the flowage at a steady 80-100 mph
burn down hole in #1 cyl.and piston
what a job probably 30 hrs
installed 10:1pistons/hd head bolts

now after 500 miles using 1 qt in every 100 miles
doing leak down this week then tear down again
LET ME NO WHAT YOU COME UP WITH

Here are my settings so far 100 miles on it. Runing 91 octane and a Parker knock box for good measure.

1.5
3
3.5
5
1
8

These settings are for "OH MY GOD" and works awesome! Running 7psi of boost on these and also now getting 100 miles to a tank of fuel. I was getting 75 before hard trail riding. So this definaletly fixed up my trail afr for better economy. I generally cruise in the trail at 13.5 now
