First Yamaha 4 stroke

Hello, I Bought a custom sled last Saturday (auction). Got some questions. Not only am I new to Yamaha, but new to posting pics. Hope it works- The paper work says RX1 Warrior. A warrior is a RX1 with a 136 track? It looks short to me.
I thought It would have about the same performance as a stock 600 two stroke. But this one hits harder than I want. I follow every two track i find and speed isn't always needed. My clutch is engaging around 4500 and has a white spring. The secondary spring is black with a grey dot and after market helex. Custom intake and exhaust is two loud. This thing really fast!
I found on e-bay factory spings, cam arms and helex, Is this the right step at making the power more smooth?
Mixture seems lean at mid range, cracking a little at 40 mph, but accelerates with out any hesitation any suggestions?
Can any one tell me about the drain on the air filters?

It's not a warrior. That's a 121" with the mono shock suspension, which makes it an 05 I believe unless someone installed it into an older sled. It has an Apex seat installed (higher). And obviously clear plastics, intake filter kit, LEDs under the hood......

Yea, looks like an 05 and the matte black tank cover tells me it is the Limited Edition.
