thanks xtx but i took sway bar off. I'll be tearing down the sled tomorrow to find it but any other suggestions

Looks like the one from the plastic end piece on the exhaust. Bolt #26 in that diagram , piece #24, should be 3 holding that on .
And from the looks of the pic you found it on the back ?

It is number 13. I took it apart and fixed it. Washer was under the seat also
