Would I benifit from installing one of these kits to my stock Fox Floats on my 06 RTX? A company called hygear Suspension has them. Any insight would be helpfull or are there any other companies out there that have this same kit or simular.

Well they use floats with the remote res in racing.
You might ask yourself 2 questions,
does your front suspension feel like it "goes away" after a few minutes of bump pounding?
does the shock feel pretty warm to hot after a few minutes of bump pounding?

Well it sounds like they will at least revalve the stock mono rear shock that we have in our apex sleds, mine is the 06 with 2300 miles on and i was looking to get the valve stack changed to a stiffer version, and was thinking of having bruce at pioneer per. do it,but maybe these guys have some better ideas sense this is all they do,and they are in the same area as bruce is roughly!! They may have a good idea of a stack that would work with there dule rate rear spring set up,for guys 230# that ride very hard crosscountry style? If you call them please let us know what you find out.. thanks Pete1CrazySledder said:Would I benifit from installing one of these kits to my stock Fox Floats on my 06 RTX? Hygear is great to deal with. I worked with them on a set of shocks in my old sled. They will work with you to get things set the way you want. I think a lot of the work they do is in the atv market.
