This is a question for freddie------Checking over the sled today and found that O-Ring in the carb cover had got pinched when I put in the Green springs. My buddy checks his and finds two are missing from when he changed his springs. Both sleds are running fine. What kind of problems does this cause when they are missing. They don't seem to be too imprortant.
Thanks
Thanks
I lost 2 of them, it cost me $8 to replace them. I dont see what they are for or, if they even do anything...

o rings
with out those o ring you will have a vacum leak and your carbs may not open as fast or all of the way. if you look at the cap you will see a small hole that goes to the upper side of the diafram.

I had the same problem with my Warrior, tried aftermarket clutching, got the RPM's up but the milage went way way down. Best set-up so far for me is ---stock weights with no tip rivet, 42/38 roller secondary. if you don't get the RPM's wind the secondary a little tighter. My current set up lets the Engine go right to 10,000 and then creep up to 10200 in about 3 or 4 seconds. It well go to 10400 on a real fast road after a 1/4 mile or so.
