Front heat exchanger removal?

Anyone done this yet? Looks like I might have a Winder coming into the shop that needs a replacement.

I haven't really looked at what's involved yet (other than what's in the service manual). If you've done, I'd be curious to know what had to get R&R'd for the swap.

BTW, this one isn't a candidate for welding.

Here's some pics of mine when i strengthened the tunnel to heat exchanger.
I did not remove it.
The rear engine mount brackets are part of the heat exchanger.
Hope this helps.

You will need to remove the gas tank, and exhaust manifold cover to loosen the gear clamps on the rubber hoses that join the front extchanger to the rear.
