My front right shock is squeaking with every move up and down. Is this a potential problem and is there a fix?

My front end squeeks and it's my bushings and ball joints...lift the front end up and check for play.

Mine did the same thing. Ball joints had some play in them. Yamaha warrantied them.

Thats where mine is going...dealer told me they will replace everything once, then I'm going with ulmer's bushing kit and Crewchief47's ball joint fix next year.

Ill probably get a bushing kit as well. The Yamaha ones are junk.

I had a simmilar problem last year... I was having squeeking noises comming from the upper a-arms. I just took the upper arm off and greased the bushings by hand (since there are no grease fittings). Problem solved for now anyway.
