What is everyone running for fuel pressure? How about main jets?
Trying to dial this in for a friend. Sled is extremely lean. Would break up and sputter under boost. Had to completely close off the pitot tube to run clean. Any jet over 100 and it would start to break up. Running at 6lbs. Could not run any higher than that.My friend mentioned that the regulator needed to be disassembled prior to installing due to packing material clogging the fuel inlet. I am hoping that somehow they changed Benders setting. I will be putting in a fuel pressure gauge tomorrow to check.
Thanks

Are the rubber tees to the float bowls sealed 100%? It doesn't sound like it to me.

I think fuel pressure at idle should be around 4.5 - 5 p.s.i.

Had same problem three weeks ago when i tried a boondocker n20 system,,,,, when I took it off, i did not have perfect seals on the trees,,,, changed the darn things 3 times b4 i had that perfect seal working with some marginal lines.... for those not sure why the problem,,, you go from 3/8 line on the pito tube to 1/4 in line on the tree.. without the right flexable line, you can have problems...
