Fuel proublem on 03 rx1

Hey guys bought a 2003 rx1 1000,haveing fuel problems with it when I got it buddy ran out gas with it but need carbs cleaned so I went and clean carbs hooked everything back up....I almost lost it trying to hook trying to hook up the throattle cable Gee . So I primed the carbs and started it up runs fine till gas runs out in bowls. As long as I keep fill hoses running to carbs runs good.so I said must be pump so I rebuilt the vacuum pumps and still nothing to the pumps....so I checked pick up in the tank there good I can blow back threw into tank easy. .....I am stumped any help me out I rechecked my lines there all right

you checked both pick ups in the tank?

getting good vac pulse for both pumps?

X2 on maim's suggestions (check hoses in yellow). Also ensure the two other inlets (circled in red) have their plugs on.:
